Prices are based on a standard installation for an existing single-storey home with adequate roof space, suitable electrical switchboard, and plasterboard ceilings within the specified service area. All proposals require an onsite inspection by Smarter Air & Electrical to confirm your quoted price. Quoted prices include a 1-phase air conditioner unit, single piece fan coil unit, standard unit controller with basic zone control system, and quality componentry including R1.0 flexible duct, insulated plenums, return air grille.
