All prices are GST inclusive. Offer valid for homes within 35km radius of Yatala, QLD. Prices are based on a standard installation for an existing single-storey home with adequate roof space, suitable electrical switchboard, and plasterboard ceilings within the specified service area. All proposals require an onsite inspection by Smarter Air & Electrical to confirm your quoted price. Quoted prices include a 1-phase air conditioner unit, single piece fan coil unit, standard unit controller with Advantage Air ZoneX smart zone controller, and quality componentry including R1.0 flexible duct, insulated plenums, return air grille. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations, extra services or homes located outside of our service area. Contact us for more information.
